Conducted a 3-day in-person Continuous Product Discovery workshop for the product team at Bayer's Digital Hub Warsaw.
Conducted two 3-day in-person Product Discovery workshop for the product teams at Goodie and Millenium Bank.
Conducted a “Level Up Your Career" workshop for over 60 product professionals helping them identify strengths and gaps to take their product career to the next level.
Facilitated an online DT process at Challenge Labs 2022 and 2023 organized by EIT Food. The project was aimed at developing innovations for the Polish agri-food market according to the DT methodology - from personas development, ideation, and solution testing to investment pitches.
In a two-day sprint with a 20-person team from Wrocław.pl (part of ARAW) we, in a co-op with creative collective "Booster", were tasked with creating a new approach for social media video content. The challenge evolved into designing a new communication model. This project exemplifies how the true problem can emerge during the DT process.
Conducted 13 design sprints with Wroclaw residents from different social groups (students, local activists, retirees, entrepreneurs) to work out solutions that can support the development of the neighbourhood. The sprints were part of the Wroclaw Academy of Local Leaders program and realized by "Booster" creative collective.
